Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at Crafty Affaire Market. We love to bring people together who love to create and want to share their awesome work with others. We want to create a marketplace for these handmade goodness for all to see and buy.
Crafty Affaire Market is a juried event and participating vendors are chosen based on product variety, originality, quality and display design. We will approve a limited number on any one type vendors and products to reduce competition and provide the largest selection of merchandise to the attendees. Display and presentation will play a big part in our selection. Photos of previous booths are required to be submitted with the application.
Application is now closed for the Holiday Market on November 28th.
Information about becoming a vendor
Venue: Elgin Hall located at 14250 Crescent Road, South Surrey. Parking is free. The entrance fee for our guests is $2.00. (Kids are free). There will be free swag bags for the first 25 customers and we will also have a door prize.
Booth Space: The majority of booths are 10 feet wide by 5 feet deep and there are three corner booths available. Vendors must stay within the booth space allotted. The booths spaces down the middle of the hall will have pipe and drape
Booth Fee: The booth fee ranges from $110 - $125. Booth fees are used by Crafty Affaire to pay for our venue, advertising, and mailings. They also provide vendors with the opportunity to have their shops accessible to shoppers from our blog, Instagram, and Facebook page. Once accepted, booth fees are not refundable or transferable. When filling out the application, please be specific about the types of products you sell. If a vendor is accepted and wishes to add different types of items, Crafty Affaire MUST be notified to make sure that the new items are a good fit for our show.
Swag Bag Contribution: Each vendor is required to contribute a minimum of 25 small tokens of your product or brand (buttons, coupons, samples etc) for our swag bags.
What type of products are we looking for? Crafty Affaire accepts vendors who provide quality handmade products, have creative booth presentation, and provide a well-rounded variety to our show. All vendors, including vendors who have been in our previous shows, will be requested to fill out an application form on-line during the application period.
Tables and Electricity: An 8 foot table and two chairs are included with each booth. Electricity is on a first come first serve basis due to limited availability. If a vendor requires electricity, please indicate on application form.
All vendors will receive an email letting them know if they have been accepted in to the show or not by June 12th.
