All applicants must be the designer, creator or producer of the items sold at the market. Photos of products and booth displays must be emailed to email@example.com after the on-line application is submitted.

payments application fee payment of $10.00 must be received before we the application can be considered. This fee is non-refundable. this fee . Booth fees are due upon acceptance. paypal invoice will be sent by email.. cancellation policy If you cancel after acceptance, there are no refunds.

VENDOR SPACE Each vendor will be provided with their desired booth size & two chairs (if needed). Tables can be rented at a nominal fee. Each vendor is responsible for their own booth set-up. You must bring your own displays, signs, lights and table covering (if using table covering, please ensure it is floor length). NO staples, nails, tacks, glue, clear tape, pins or other materials which may affect the finish of any surface in the Hall , including doors, may be used. Duct tape is NOT allowed. Masking tape and adhesive putty is acceptable. Vendors must be set up and ready for customers by 10 am. Late vendors will not be tolerated and will not be allowed to exhibit at the Market.
CRAFTY AFFAIRE WILL ASSIGN VENDOR SPACE AT THEIR DISCRETION.
LIABILTY Crafty Affaire and the organizers are not responsible for stolen or damaged merchandise while the vendor is at the Market. Crafty Affaire and the organizers are not responsible or liable for any injuries or accidents occurring on site, transporting or removing of products. The vendor is responsible for notifying the customer of potential health hazards surrounding their products, i.e. allergies pertaining to skin products. It is recommended that vendors obtain insurance for their work.
I AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY CRAFTY AFFAIRE AND THE ORGANIZERS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABLITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY OR EXPENSE TO ANY THIRD PARTY, RESULTING FORM THE USE OF THE VENDING AREA. BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED ABOVE.
